I figured that today would be a great day to check out if my Target decided to release the animated line. They are about 1 week late to all the other stores and I was getting a bit agitated with them because I am always at Target getting house supplies, and etc. I see that they FINALLY released the animated line...but that didn't catch my eye! I saw that Deep Space Starscream was released!!! I didn't even look at what I was missing for my animated line! I took 1 of 4 left of Starscream and ran! Damn kids were all over looking at MY toys! I was in and out of Target in about 7 mins! It's like I stole the toy from a kid and ran to my car so he didn't tell his bodyguard dad. He is a Target Exclusive and so much better looking than the original movie Starscream. This one has a metallic finish to him making him much more shiny. I've only seen a few sighting of him and totally spazzed out when I laid eyes on him!!

For months now I have been bitching and complaining why in the world does everybody have these Animated toys and I don't??? Seriously, how is it that Canada, New York, Carolina's, Kentucky, etc. get the Animated toys before anybody else? I'm talking about retail, not Ebay or these online stores!! I've had a gut feeling from this weekend that they will be released early but I didn't get my hopes up. I've been checking weekly at various stores just thinking maybe I'll get lucky...nope! BUT....yesterday was my lucky day!! I walked into Toys R Us and oh boy I saw a wall of them. I got so excited that I started to grab them all at once (very embarrassing). I looked so much like a fool that a guy that was walking by asked me if I wanted a shopping cart. Face=red at this point...I didn't know what to do because I had to put the toys down and walk about 15 feet. I was hoping that no kids came by and stole my stash because I needed a cart to carry these things... anyways, I was so excited I almost walked right out of the store without paying for them! As I walk/run to the checkout guy he looks at me and looks at my stash. I said to myself here we go, this guy must think I'm some kind of freak. Nope didn't say a word but I knew what he was thinking. Now goes the hunt to find the rest of them...I was lost in my world that I forgot or just didn't see a few guys.
My feelings so far, pretty disappointed with them. They feel very cheaply made. I've only opened Optimus Prime and he felt a bit light. It's a new line of transformers and I have to have them no matter what the quality is...it's my plastic crack so amazing!
Finally close up full pictures of City Commander Ultra Magnus upgrade set...click here to view I been reading other blogs for a while now and never really clicked on the links to see where they end up. ooooooooooohhhhhhh man, did I find the sickest pictures!!!!! I just wish I had the creativity of some of these people. I know I probably have a little in me but I don't have a really good camera, lighting and all the other stuff needed to make them look just insanely perfect. I'm telling you guys, the creativity is off the hook!! Here are two links that I have found that are probably the best I've seen... I like how they incorporate other characters, like Star Wars , G.I. Joe, and Lego guys.
Explore Transformers According to Reserve Result Dreamworks/Paramount Pictures have revealed the title of the second Transformers movie due to be released in June of 2009. The article has stated the following as (currently) being the full title of this production. Transformers II: Revenge of the Fallen. Does that mean Jazz or Megatron are back??? Hmmmmmm...I have no idea what is going on!
I guess I'm in over my head because Hasbro has just announced that they are continuing with making transformers for '09! It's not a bad thing and I am not complaining but with everything (except my paycheck) is going up, how can anybody afford them? I mean it's getting really ridiculous with gas prices! I used to go from store to store the minute I found that a character was seen on shelves somewhere. Now it's "well I guess I can wait until they officially come out and know for sure that there will be some on the shelve!" or "I'm going to Target/Walmart Saturday, I'll just browse through the toy section." I'm excited but at the same time a bit disappointed with this country...Seibertron.com has the full article, click here to view it.
It's getting warmer out and I am less and less on the internet. I am on here once a day now, rather than 10 hours a day. Why be inside when you can be outside working in the yard? Anyways, it's been a few day since I've found anything really interesting on transformers. There has been crazy news about filming of TF2 but nothing so exciting that I had to blog about it. There is one but I am not getting my hopes up; Jazz returning?? I can't think of a way of how they could bring him back?? Unless as a different mold...time will tell. On my way to work this morning I listen to the news and found out that Transformers is the best 2008 movie. That rocks!!! I didn't have a doubt in my mind. Every person on earth has probably watched that movie...If the first one is as sick and amazing, I can't imagine what Bay is doing on the sequel. I want more character info!!! Rumor has it that they will have 10 autobots and 10 decepticons, in the first one they had 5 autobots to 7 decepticons. If I remember correctly they all got blasted away except Barricade and Starscream...Does that mean 8 new decepticons??? This month is going to be a month of excitement!! Animated toys release, my birthday, summer, and a crap load of TF2 news...
